I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Prosia. He and various members of his staff have been SO kind and compassionate with me and my various health challenges, and Dr. Prosia has gone WAY out of his way to help me with things that most people in his position would not have. Sheddon is am amazing clinic! I have been visiting Sheddon since March this year with a herniated L5-S1 disc. A herniated disc is debilitating, and I am only 31 years old and shouldn't be having these issues! Jason, Dana and all the wonderful people there got me from immobile to almost back to pre-injury. My flexion has almost returned to pre-inury, and I am NO LONGER in discomfort with every waking move I make. The folks at Sheddon treat you like their family and always do their best to make sure you are seen when you need to treated - they go above and beyond! I truly appreciate all they have done for me and would (and have!) recommended them to family, friends and anyone that needs treatment. Without Sheddon, I'm not sure where I would be right now, they really understand how to dissect the issue and build up a treatment plan to get you back to good health. Thank you!!

I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.

Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. Zen is everything it claims to be. The minute I walked in the door I felt like I was relaxed and calm. The clinic is gorgeous and has high end touches like lemon water for patients, a fireplace in the seating area and hand towels instead of paper napkins in the washroom.
In addition to having a great 'ambiance' my treatment was phenomenal. Definitely one of the best massages I've ever had! The online booking made it easy for me to schedule an appointment, and the minute I got there the staff were warm and welcoming. I will be returning forsure!

Yaron is the first practitioner who has been able to address my chronic headaches, and constricted neck, shoulder and back, which were caused by years of working at a desk and an old whiplash injury. Yaron tailored every session to my needs and gave me simple exercises to do at home. Now my neck is mobile, my back is flexible and pain-free, and the chronic headaches are gone. I just cant say enough great things about Milton Denture Clinic and the amazing staff. I recently lost a front tooth and was devastated. I called and booked an appointment the next day for nine am. Jill took me in right away and in less than five hours she amazingly added the tooth to my denture plate and gave me back an amazing smile. Very proffesional and very caring due to my anxieties when it comes to these issues. Thank you so very very much. Great work.
