I went to 5 different stores to find my 5 year old daughter a hockey helmet that would fit, at every store I went to the staff was not trained to know the products I was looking for a youth helmet, and at every store I went to I was told the extra pads that where attached to the helmet were replacements, but at Pro Hockey life the sale associate explained they where used to make the helmet tighter which made sense, so he put the pads in the helmet and fitted it to my daughters head. I was so happy that I had finally found someone who knew what they where doing. They will definitely be getting my business from now on.

I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers. I had to have some soffit ,eavestrough , and vinyl replaced on my home . - Even though their quote was not the lowest out of the four that I received , I chose them because Pat the estimator and owner of the company, seemed to have a good grasp of why I was having a water problem .
As soon as they arrived to start the job, I knew I had made the right choice. - They arrived with two trucks ,each towing a covered trailer.
After a day and one half of working non stop , the job was completed and it exceeded all my expectations. - Pat had to charge a little extra than originally quoted because of a problem that was found when some siding was removed. - However, for the large amount of extra work that was involved he did not charge me very much more money.
I would definitely recommend these guys.
