I called Jason (owner of shop) about a few concerns I had with my car. He was able to accommodate me the next day, and had my parts ordered and car serviced right after inspection. I didn't have to wait long and my car handled like new when I left. He definitely has his customer's best interest at heart. Mechanics like Jason are really hard to come by. He is super honest and efficient. I recommend Markos Automotive and his bro at Premium Auto Sales in a heartbeat!

I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. To be honest with you this is the best place I have been so far and they never disappoint they meet all requirements and needs. They made my car look super brand new I was just in shocked . Altaf is definitely the guy to speak to when you go there he understands his clients and always put himself in his or her clients shoes to make them happy. Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
