I went into Disera Medical and was greeted by Beatris. Excellent customer service. Within 10 minutes I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Joshi. Knowledgeable, patient and caring. Thank you both so much! This is an excellent clinic with amazing staff!!!!!

I had today sonohysterogram I was terrified by the comments I read but I felt completely opposite Its so smooth I didn���t feel that bad and it was so quick 2 minute the team so professional so my experience was so good

I was at this office on Febuary 4, 2015 at 11:30 am and saw no reason for for any person to get upset, things were running fine. I saw my doctor and serveral of his staff before I was finished.
I have always found the Doctors and their staff to be very helpful and very pleasent.

Went there for blood work and they gave my OHIP card by mistake to another customer. Staff are a bit careless with security of OHIP cards. When you leave make sure you are given the correct card. Other than this error the service and staff were fine.

I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!

This is by far the best Ultrasound facility in Newmarket.
The place is very clean, Very friendly receptionist, thorough and kind technician.
My only complaint is that they are booked up a month ahead.
But honestly, for such great service, its worth the wait.
