I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. Come here mostly for blood work. The lab nurse is very professional with such light hand that you can barely feel the needle going in and the spot never bruises after. She really puts you at ease and alwayd reminds to drink water before coming to ensure vains are easily visible and accessible. This lady works there from day 1 and I hope she never leaves.
