Kyla is amazing. She does our plumbing and our heating. She did a big plumbing job under the house, installed our new sinks, takes care of my furnace problems. Every single person in this office is amazing! I have never been happy leaving the dentist before and for the first time in my life I did. Dr. Fawzi is very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that it is easier for us non dental people to understand. I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!

I will see Dr Parks again! He helped me diagnose my cat and helped me through the decision to have to put her down. His people skills are amazing. Then when I brought my other cat in today for her checkup he is the first vet that has ever seen inside her mouth. He was patient and calm and it was nice to see someone who cares so much for their four legged patients. I will continue to take my pets here as long as he is there for them.
