My name is Carol Miller. I began going to NOSL approx. 3 years ago. It's the best present I could have given myself. You are greeted so warmly as soon as you enter the establishment. Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable.
I am a perfectionist, and they take the same pride in doing their job as much as I do wanting the fabulous results. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to treat a problem/issue, or you just need some pampering, please enjoy your experience @ North Okanagan Skin and Laser. I know I do.

I had my front tooth smashed out by a racquet during a squash match. I was lucky enough to have someone refer me to the Legato Centre. I was helpfully explained all my options, which were not that many when you have nothing left.
In the end I had a complete front tooth implant, and some bone and gum grafting done, it was major.
I have to say that the team at the Legato Centre took incredible care of me during the few visits.
Today you would not know any different and I have a smile for life.
Even if you just need a crown or some dental advice I would recommend the Legato Centre to everyone.

Chris and Mark are Great to deal with! they explained fabrics and suppliers and we ordered a sectional from them. We were so happy with the product we ordered another sectional for the family room, two reading chairs and a lounge chair and ottoman. Prices were great and service was top notch.

I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.

I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME!
