Great variety of product! I went in for essential oils and found lots of other items I'd been looking for too. I did have trouble getting attention from the staff, but I am an introvert and tend to wait rather than aggressively ask. ;)

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Had them fix a leak in the foundation in the basement of my house. They were great to work with and came exactly when they said they would. Fixed the leak and cleaned up so well you might not have known they were there. Highly recommend working with James and Vince. Hopefully I won't need them again but I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I hired Jamie last fall to take out a tricky stump for me . Not only was he cheaper than his local major competitor but he did an amazing job . He probably went at least a foot below ground level grinding the stump out . And just to top it all off he didn't leave a huge pile of grindings he used his machine to spread and level off the grindings as best he could so all I had to do was a quick rake and seed it down.

They are so wonderful here. The manager went out of her way to find some products and special order them in for me. They are way different than the Dollaramas here...they really try to help you find things you're looking for and will go out of their way to check stock etc. to help you out. They have an a great craft section for scrapbookers, and some cool kids toys like puzzles, etc. Also very good selection of party supplies.
