Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

This store opened recently as part of the revitalization of the area south of the Cambie Bridge. This is an interesting concept for the store that brought us the sprawling big box stores of the 'burbs that we have come to know and love. This store is on 1.5 levels on a smaller footprint and offers almost anything you can imagine for the do-it-yourself-er in an urban setting. In fact its the "almost" in the previous statement that costs this store a 5. It is true that they offer almost anything but if you want to do any larger projects involving copious amounts of lumber, landscaping stone, plants, soils and other landscaping materials you will still need to visit one of the big stores. All that aside, if you are looking for anything else this is a great store to hit, particularly given their location. My child and I particularly enjoy the monthly (every second Saturday) children's workshops where the kids get to build a fun, wood-based project. Afterward there are a myriad of options to pursue such as a walk at the sea-wall around False Creek or a hot chocolate at Starbucks. Check it out next time you're in the area and you will leave impressed!

My mother lives at Augustine House, and it is the best thing that happened to her, and for us. She is so well taken care of that she doesn't even want to stay with us any longer. My Travel Scoot scooter is now almost 7 years old, and has been in 11 countries, 6 airlines, 2 cruise ships. It has been wonderful to have such reliable transportation, and gives me so much freedom to 'walk' almost everywhere. Having had polio at a young age, my Travel Scooter is a great way to be mobile.

Brett and his crew Cory and Jared and one other fellow (forgot his name) were very professional and were here 1/2 hour before their scheduled job time. They were very friendly and i liked the fact that Cory made sure i was satisfied and asked if there were any other branches that i wanted off the trees we were getting cut. Brett was very friendly and professional taking pictures in order to give us a more accurate quote. Cleaned up the job site and was done in a very short time. Overall you will be happy with hiring this company for any tree work. Very satisfied and will tell others.

Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
