I brought in my old jalopy of a leaf blower/sucker with a broken pull cord. Daria and Tyler helped me get going again and found me some gently used parts at a fraction of the price compared to new instead of pushing for a new sale and were super friendly and knowledgeable while doing so. Instead of waiting 4 weeks they had me off and running in less than an hour. Common sense. Common decency. What a change from the rest of society lately. I wish I had a 6 star rating available.

Originally my plan was to purchase some camping supplies from up the street at MEC, however the prices that were offered were not what I was willing to pay. Decided to check out 3Vets, and I definitely made the right decision. They had exactly what I needed for competitive prices, staff were quick to help, I was in and out in no time with what I needed. I noticed the woofer walkers are in today's Richmond newspaper talking about the new gps technology they now using to walk dogs and this is the company I been using for about two and a half years now. it's time I wrote them a great review too. my wife and I work full time. we hired them because our dog Eddy was barking while we are at work. we hired them to take eddy out. It worked and no more complaints from our neighbours anymore. We are most satisfied and happy to recommend them to others.

Richard's restoration work is fantastic. Antique tools, antique methods, antique paper used in restoration. I have used him many times for my 16th and 17th century books. If you want quick turn around times, he is not your man. But if you want quality, historically sensitive, rebinding of exceptional quality all at very reasonable prices - visit him.

We received outstanding service today from Tyler. He has the know-how, integrity and did a quality job. He returned my call same day ( while another business didn't even call me back), arrived when he said he would, charged what he quoted ( which was a very fair price). He check in before he left to make sure we were happy with the job and said to contact him if we had any concerns. He cleaned up before he left even offering to blow the soil off the lawn. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Excellent dim sum. Limited menu though.
The pan fried chow fun noodles were excellent. We had them put some XO (chinese) sauce and kick up the spice and they came out this delicious mix of yum!
While the rest of what we had was fine, none of it really stood out. We did come back twice to buy some noodles to go and picnic'd in the park with them.

The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.
