WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. We are extremely pleased that we made the call to K and R Towing when our son broke down (in mom's SUV) at midnight a few days ago! Most tow companies were closed, but K and R answered the phone, gave a reasonable price (for a fairly long tow) and were on the way to pick up the vehicle in mere minutes.
