During covid its a relief to know when a non urgent medical need arises on a Sunday, that this walk-in clinic goes above and beyond, to accommodate. From speaking with Doris whom was so kind and caring, calling us back informing us when it was time for us to come in for our appointment, to Doctor Ames gentle approach in dealing with mom. Can’t thank you both enough for all you do and continue to. God Bless!

My entire family and I have been going to this clinic since the time it was still on Headon Rd. Our family doctors work from this clinic. At no time has my wife, my kids or I been treated with anything but respect by nice people, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors.

Dr Promnitz was amazing with my daughter at Guelph General when she was born with a serious illness. He stuck his neck out for her to get the care she needed at McMaster. He ended up following her for a year to ensure her illness was sorted out. Now with my son, who also has additional medical concerns, we will be switching to his practice as well.
