The service was friendly and personal and they took great care to ensure the highest quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.

Excellent experience all around. This order was done entirely over the phone (a shout out to Carla K at Richmond La Z Boy for her very professional and friendly help with the ordering and delivery). I had previously ordered a Lancer recliner over 20 years ago from this store, and it had lasted all this time, but was starting to show its age. I ordered a new Lancer, and am absolutely happy with the mew chair. While maybe pricier than bargain basement chairs, the quality and comfort can't be beat.

Hands down great food eats here but long waits and your entire party needs to be present or they will not seat you, fair enough. I have been a few times now and all the food is very good and you have to start with one of their wonderful waffles and share your topping with the rest of your table to enjoy the different flavours.
