Very pleasant and professional people. The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities. Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change). Every single person in this office is amazing! I have never been happy leaving the dentist before and for the first time in my life I did. Dr. Fawzi is very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that it is easier for us non dental people to understand. I cant say enough about Lisas work - her enthusiasm, sense of humour and can-do attitude are amazing. She really goes so over & above the large commercial vendors in this business that it blows them away. She went outside the norm and did a little personal shopping for me to enhance my order, as I am not in the area....wow.
