Extremely precise and professional at all times but with a good sense of humour. My cataract surgery was very successful , the whole experience could not of gone better. I am retired and moved here from a smaller city 9 months ago. The office staff assisted me in getting everything in order to rent my apartment over the phone. They were extremely helpful and patient with me because I had never rented before and had a slew of questions. When I arrived, the apartment was clean and ready to move into.
