I, along with 2 others have been visiting La Rosa on a weekly basis for nearly 2 years now. We thought of it as volunteering at first but we have benefited from those visits as much or maybe more than the residents. We chat, knit, sing and there is much laughter. It’s a wonderful, friendly environment and the staff are caring and kind. Without exception the clients we meet tell us that they love it there. I’m in my 70’s and I know where I’m going if I need assisted living!

Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

I have been a long time committed customer and I can only say these guys are very patient and very trustworthy. I recent took my truck here and they gave honest advice that wasn't in their best financial interest. They showed me the areas of concern, while the truck was on the hoist. Trust worthy shop. Fair pricing. They would check what's wrong and fix only the necessary. They won't even charge you for little things. One time I brought my car in because the engine light turned on. Nhat had it turned off with and when I asked for bill he said it is free. I have them fixed/replaced may rotors and calipers and paid less than what I would have paid elsewhere. Give them a try...

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. While the damaged Sumimit was disappointing the real measure was how quickly the problem was solved and without question. I am very impressed. Thank you Natalia, Jamie, Brandon, John

The guys at INA made my purchase of a used vehicle in February easy and stress free, and a good deal. The vehicle (Toyota Sienna ) was discounted a bit due to minor body damage , and the extended drivetrain warranty was a good add on. My 2 dogs have been groomed by either Heather or her grooming staff for 9 - 10 years now. Wonderful job, and dogs know what to expect when being groomed, as time is taken not to stress them out, just to get work done. Thank you for your patience and caring with my dogs.
They have also attended daycare for almost the past 8 years since Heather's Place has opened in 2006. They are well cared for, taken out to do their business in the fenced back yard, and when it is sunny out, have a wonderful day sun tanning, and playing in the pools... Relaxing waiting for my return. Large and small breed dogs are separated.
Best staff to dog ratio in the city, so you dog is being watched while they play, so as not to get over stimulated, and learn good dog manners from the more senior dogs.
Location is very convenient ..Just off Main Street on East 4th. Avenue.

I called Hillcrest Dec21 2017 to repair the pipe coming out of the wall to my bathroom sink the pipe had to be replaced it had rusted away.
Ian came in and repaired the problem it took approx. three hours he did an excellent job I was very happy with the work and the price was fair

The weather has been horrible and I was exhausted searching for vehicles under 10K ( been to a few dealerships throughout the lower mainland) I was referred by a friend to go check out Hare Motors in Surrey. Studio 62 has been transformed into Head Case, a sleek modern space at the same location. Brandy is a great stylist who listens closely, works with her clients preferences, and does wonderful hair cuts. She gave me an elegant bob even though my hair is fine and really difficult to work with, plus the price was not exorbitant. If you are looking for a welcoming space and a meticulous cut, this is the place to go. In my experience it is by far the best salon in the West Shore!
