Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. You're not a 5 star dealership because you sold someone a great car that they love. You're a 5 star dealership when you sell someone a car that has issues and you immediately fix them. That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed. The repair bill was nearly $1,000 and Seven Speed paid the whole bill. Trust these guys, they have your back!

I just wanted to thank the helpful staff at Superior Transmission for all their help. Like most other skeptical and hesitant car owners I have been given the run around by most shops. A friend recommended Superior for a minor repair he had done, and needing more major repairs I decided to stop by. I was given an exact break down of what needed to be done. Furthermore, they gave me options that I had no idea because other shops were constantly trying to upsale me.
These guys are a young group looking to establish a solid reputation in the area. I have already had both my cars come through there and my neighbours car is there now. I highly recommend these guys and at the very least stop by and ask their opinion.
Good luck guys and I'll see you in 3 months for that oil change.
