Please forget what you think you know about great customer service until you have had a taste of these guys. I am an editor for a local Calgary news paper (for which I can not mention the name due to our policy) and was in the middle of a large story when my youngest one accidentally spilled wine over my brand new MacBook Pro. After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too.
