I have had several ultrasounds at this facility and have had nothing but great experiences with each one. The Sonographer eased my nervousness by creating a very calming environment. The waiting area is very clean with lots of reading material, not that I had much time to read as I was taken in at the time of my appointment.
My results were reported withing 24 hours giving me ample time to book my follow up appointment to discuss my results with my family doctor.Highly recommend this facility!

Excellent service in Owen Sound.....staff always ready to help or find someone who can help me. I love MY Metro, the brightness and cleanliness of the store and closeness to my home is an added bonus. Prices do not always suit my budget but quality always surpasses my expectations. Wait times are generally acceptable for some one like me with an impatience problem. I am seventy one years old and remember shopping the Owen Sound A & P with my mother as a young girl. The lessons are a bit more expensive than some other programs in the area however the extra attention is worth it! We have seen huge progress!!
