Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill.
P.S. Bill is from Campbellford area and if his boss happens to read this.....he definitely deserves a raise.

Not only do they now surf the web, they send emails and keep in contact with family via Facebook and are delighted. Kathy put them at ease immediately, talked to them about what they would like to do, designed a package, had immense patience and was a pleasure to have as tutor and confidant we are so grateful.

Great place to stay. Nice pool and very friendly staff who seem to love their job. Tip leave the hotel for meals its cheaper and there are alot of great places to eat around the hotel and down town Cobourg!
