Brought my instrument cluster to them and was repaired in a couple of hours, reasonable price and has worked great ever since. 2005 F250 cluster acting crazy, lights on, 4x4 light on, ABS light on etc. completely repaired. Very professional guy !!!

What a wonderful shop! I bought a somewhat unusual bike at another popular local bike shop, but when it started having problems they were at a loss. David at Natural Cycle fixed it quickly (and cheaply!) despite never having seen a bike like it . . . and enthusiastically thanked me for letting him have a chance to learn about something new. They invited me back behind the counter as they worked, displaying their conviction that "it's your bike, you should know as much as you can about it". It's clear that every type of rider will get respect here, not just weekend spandex types . . . commuters are not second class citizens here. I will go only to Natural Cycle in the future!

I recently took lessons from BOBBY from Pan Am driving school and I passed my test. Bobby is knowledgeable, professional, and a very good driver. Just got my car back from the shop and an very pleased with the job they did on the front end of my Suzuki. Took a little longer than I would have liked but he was able to source all the parts needed which is hard to the given the fact they havent sold any Suzukis in Canada for 7 years. Paint job was excellent and matched perfectly. Panels lined up as new.

Our large motorhome needed to be checked over on a chassis basis. They did a complete check-over as it had not been done for a number of years. They gave me the honest truth about its condition, what was needed to be replaced/repaired, but also didnt try and sell me a bunch of stuff that wasnt needed. For example, they looked at the tires and said they were still good.
Another key thing for me was storing it until I could pick it up. They have room for these huge vehicles.
