Riversyde has been my repair shop since the mid 1980s. I still rely on their high level of service and their willingness to cater to customers needs whenever possible. Their mechanics are top notch and their prices are more than fair. Yes, even for single women, who are quite often targeted by less scrupulous repair shops! Keep up the good work, Riversyde. Kamloops needs more like you.

For a cost effective full kitchen full Bathtub option, you can't beat the price. A very friendly older fella greeted us. The rooms and the stairs are showing their age and perhaps there are people that live there long term. Our room smelled very clean as was our bed. If you are the type to turn your nose up at things then find somewhere else. If you are easy going and want a deal then come to this place.

Loved taking lessons, recommended to everyone, flexible, taught some of the important rules that we dont even observe and think of: left turn on one way, right turn on one way street having trafic lights for right turn etc., positive personality and care for trainees' to have passed test on first attempt. I get schalack on my nails frequently. The girls that work there are very good and personable. If the schalack comes off before two weeks they are very good about re-doing it for you. The prices are reasonable and bottom line is you get what you pay for.

Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.
