In 2000, we moved to Burlington. I made an inquiry at the Gardner Dental Group and soon made my first appointment. Our family grew. There have been emergencies - Dr. Gardner and his staff had our dental issues resolved quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with "Dr. Bruce", the dental assistants, the hygienists, and the administrative staff out front who do scheduling, reminder calls and emails, and payment processing. Well done!

As a senior I had shown up at the office 3 hours early d was told my appointment was at 2:30. I asked the receptionist if I could be taken in earlier to see Dr. Joe. See checked her schedule and said he could see me at 12;30. I thanked her and ran a couple of other errands.
I have been a patient of Dr Joe for over 30 years as have my youngest son . My Joe used to wear glasses and now at 33 he has no need for glasses. Today I just passed my vision testing for my drivers license at 82 .

Bonnie has been my physician for over 15 years. She is patient, empathetic, LISTENS and takes her time and orders the tests and prescribes the meds and books the follow-ups required. Pre-COVID there was quite a wait, but now, it's fine.

Dr. Nahab is a great family doctor. Appointments are easy to get - most of the time on the same day. She works on Saturdays. Appointment requirements are always given much in advance. All test results are reviewed with the patient ASAP. For her the medical practice is not work but an avocation. Dr. Nahab has the highest medical standards and provides excellent patient care. x

The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.

I have seen Dr. Atella 3 times over the last month. He has always given me compassionate primary health care. The office is very busy like every doctor in the province and sometimes you may have an extended wait time...but what doctor’s office doesn’t have wait time? Also the front desk staff has been more than kind and accommodating given the work demands.

My wife recently brought in a pair of Blundstone boots that she's had for about 15 years as the sole had deteriorated. The repair they did was FAR better than the original sole and will undoubtedly last for a very long time!

Sleep evaluation is a challenge. If you are there you likely need to be, so suck it up. This is not a spa, it is a lab. Clinicians are at work. Nothing sexy about it. I have been 2X, testing and follow up. I was treated well, the staff was efficient and the work gets done. You are out of your comfort zone, deal with it. Nobody enjoys the experience, it sucks to be wired up. But, the reward is potentially life-affecting. A spa would be nice, so is better sleep. Stop complaining & sleep well.
