We have been going to Riverside Vet Clinic for about 20 years, have watched the clinic grow and expanded and have always received the best care for our animals (rat, hedgehog, cats and dogs). The staff are genuinely care about our family pets. I always appreciate the extra time and effort put in during a crisis or to simply provide extra care and attention to a situation.

I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.

Dr. Henry Yu recently performed a root canal and while this may sound silly he made the experience a great one. He is friendly professional and efficient. Most importantly, there was no pain during or at any time after the procedure. Well done Dr. Yu. Harald B.

This location is one of the best I had visit in years.The staff is very professional ,friendly,easy going girls. Dr.Eng is the very best dentist doctor I have had in my life. She is so nice ,professional,careful,dose a great job,dedicated to her patients for them to have the best service possible.The girls upfront are so great people. I wanted to share a story...Hank(8) had his first filling the other day. I didn’t talk to him much about it before the appointment. I didn’t want him to start getting anxious about the needle. Dr Fehr and her lovely assistant( sorry, spaced her name) were so FANTASTIC with him. He felt so at ease thru the whole process. They spoke to him soft and sweet and laughed at all his jokes.?. When it was all said and done he didn’t even realize that he had had a needle to administer the freezing.

Best detailing service I ever used, bar none. My van was probably one of dirtiest vehicles and a nightmare to detail but five hours after it was in a showroom condition. And the fact that they come to you with the fully equipped mobile detailing truck, and spend five hours on a scorching day to get you a spotless vehicle. Great job.
