I noticed a screw in my tire at the car wash, it was Saturday noon of long weekend. I was going out if town, but not with a screw loose in my tire, one in my head is bad enough.lol Anyway I called around, Midas said if I got my truck in shortly, they would have it repaired by 4:00pm. They succeeded in between other appointments, did the inner patch repair, plus did a 55 point no charge inspection.

Wow if I could give a 10 I would. Emily and Kyra both dealt with me and what a great customer service experience. Very professional and diligent and thankyou for the free oil change. We needed to rent a cargo van on three occasions for the purpose of closing an estate. Discount's service was exceptional on each occasion. Each of the vehicles we rented was in top shape, clean, and suited to our needs. On our last rental, although we had reserved a normal-sized cargo van, we were upgraded to a tall van at the same rate, which was really a great help to us. The staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and informative. The rental rates were reasonable. Much thanks!!

This store reminds me of the soup nazi on sienfeld the product is good. The staff is knowledgeable . They are well stocked with quality product.Just don't hesitate when it's your turn in line or you might get snapped at.

Bought my first car here. The salesmen were very helpful with helping me throughout the entire process. At no point did any of the salesmen do "dirty" tricks such as encourage me to buy a more expensive car. There was a bit of a hiccup when the dealership's mechanic did not submit the out of province inspection I needed to register the car I was purchasing. However, they made up for this by being very apologetic and even gifted me a bottle of wine!
