I have had two dealings with this company, and both were excellent because of Rachael. She knows her business very well and is extremely competent in doing so. I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. My emails were returned very quickly. Extremely efficient service. Both bikes serviced within 24 hours - wow! We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. Outspoken replaced what was needed and the bike is working great again. Thanks and we will definitely be back without hesitation.

I highly recommend Kipps Lane Fish n Chips! I was hard pressed to find a classic fish n chip joint such as I had adored as a teen in Toronto in the mid 1970s. A true, halibut fish, hand filleted with the classic, puffed up batter and golden fries is a rare treat to still find these days especially from a family owned and operated restaurant who are so friendly and who take pride in what they serve you. Its very clean and your order is up and ready within 15 mins with a smile. Its just so YUM!
