Me and my family were very happy to have an actual person answer the phone when our hot water tank started flooding the basement on one late Sunday night. It was a nightmare and we could not shut the water off. Their plumbing technician came right away and stopped the water from rising to what he showed us as live electrical outlets. I had no idea or even thought of that. Then to top it off he replaced our damaged electric hot water tank right then and there. I never write things like reviews or survays but I was so impressed and thankful, I feel I should let everyone know how prompt and clean the service was. I had two trailer hitches installed, one for a Tesla Model S and one for a Subaru WRX. I was particularly impressed with how well they put a 1 1/4" hitch on the Tesla. Other installers in the city were reluctant to take it on and were quoting me high prices because of the anticipated labour charge but U-Haul had specific instructions for this hitch and a cost that was lower than I was quoted elsewhere. Note that I went for a traditional hitch instead of an Eco Hidden Hitch. Lire plus
