I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!

This lady is so respectable and kind. The owner is very accommodating and understands we seniors are on a budget. The best rates in Kelowna and is first aide certified which is such a relief to know. The owner stays with you on site and does not charge any extra for that convenience. She has also lived in kelowna for many years and know not only allot of the places but allot of the people as well which is nice to see in a business owner. Very Pleased.

Last fall on very short notice I called Rob and the crew to do a repair on my main revenue trailer. I dropped the trailer off after work that afternoon and picked it up first thing the next morning. My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!
