I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. Excellent Chiropractic care provided by Dr. Basi. I recently got fitted for custom foot orthotics. I absolutely love them, helped me with my foot pain. Carla and Paul are the 2 RMTs I see regularly. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for chiropractic, massage therapy and orthotics. Plus they offer direct billing to insurance.

Great service, dropped off on Monday said pick up on Thursday as out of town and wanted winter tires installed. They called next morning to say all complete and repair one tire that had a screw in it at no charge. Maybe other tirecraft just as good but this shop is super friendly and give great service . Purchased new tires for truck , car and holiday trailer over one year and awesome service , competitive price !??

I had a favourite shop that I use to go to over the years, they do amazing work, but their labor cost is outrageous. I bought my car here to NBS Auto and let me tell you. I will never go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. They fix your car proper, with proper parts and they do it fast and exceedingly affordable. I will encourage anyone to try them and see if what I am saying is not true. Simply amazing.

I have utilized this firm for my tire needs since 2007 for both my business vehicle and personal vehicle(s). Service has been prompt and efficient. In other words "top notch". During busy times (tire changeover) the place is a zoo but if you schedule a day or two in advance you have no problems. You are always smart to get an appointment ahead of time rather than simply taking it in when it is convenient (to you) Use some common sense and understand that a lot of people work downtown.

Drove in, no appointment Got my vehicle in with a leaking back tire. Got me in and out in under 1/2 hour, Repaired the tire, cleaned off the rim and seal areas, new valve stem and $50!!! Great value. And their pricing on name brands for new or used is exceptional. A hidden grem in Edmonton.

As a female I was concerned where to take my car for repairs. I was told Mark and the Staff at Tirecraft were trustworthy and take pride in every job, big or small. This turned out to be 100% correct.
Their complimentary shuttle is convenient, and while waiting to pick up my vehicle enjoy fresh coffee as well as a friendly smile from Management and Staff.
Five years, and many referrals later, they continue to keep their service exceptional. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else..!!
