I had both my front ball joints done, a wheel bearing fixed, brakes and had two new tires put on...Unbelievable job and the price was unbeatable. Now I know why my friend recommended this place to me. I'll never go anywhere else again. Once you've had auto repair work done at Beaver Auto you'll see why I took the time to write this review. (I didn't rate convenience at 5 stars because I live in Orleans and they are in the St. Laurent area, but it was well worth the 10-15 minute minute drive)

Bought my 2009 Ford Focus here and it’s a gem, they were upfront about all the car history and gave it to me for a very reasonable price. Had a great experience with the staff here, Charles was so helpful and honest about the car (had Midas take a look after and they confirmed) which is so important as this was my first car purchase.

Was utterly impressed with my recent experience bringing my vehicle into Takaki Automotive for an e-test. Scheduling (and multiple rescheduling) of my appointment was dealt with effortlessly and with a smile by Hiroshi, the owner's son. I was made to feel like I had not inconvenienced anyone and that they would simply re-gig things to accommodate my changing schedule.
My actual appointment was a pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to sit in Takaki's welcoming wait room (where coffee, an aquarium, tv and decorations await) while enjoying my conversation with the friendly receptionist and other staff who would occasionaly venture by. Takaki's team is one big family - happy, respectful and very helpful with all my questions.
I am told Mr. Takaki sr himself is a caring man of many diverse talents. On this visit, the gentleman was busy outside, wielding a huge metal pick to chip ice from the walkway. I hope for the opportunity of chatting with him too, during my next visit.
The fee charged for today's visit was very reasonable; the information provided afterwards was helpful and there was no attempt to "upsell" or solicit additional work. I would highly recommend. this business.

My vehicle needed a ton of work. It was done in a timely fashion, at a very reasonable price. He explained what was needed re: what I took the vehicle in for, but let me know what he saw otherwise that was imminently necessary. and when another issue emerged, not a foresseable thing, Barry fit us in, at my convenience. I would recommend to anyone who wants honest feedback on a vehicle's needs, and a pleasant and accommodating guy with which to work.

After explaining my issue to Mike he immediately had a technician check it and had the matter resolved in no time by replacing a wire. Now, my APP is working properly to start my car. On a recent trip from Timmins,for a medical appointment the front left caliper seized on our truck. It was 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. We called several garages, but West End Alignment and Auto Repair was the only one that agreed to help. They worked 45 minutes past their closing time to get the repair done. Extremely thankful for their assistance. Peter and the other mechanic were lifesavers. We were 6 people in the vehicle including two elders, an infant and a preschooler. Thank -you

Brought my Car in to have wiring issues fixed from a previous installation from a friend of a door popper that fried my door popper wires, speaker wires and back lights. The guys fixed all my issues and showed me what was wrong the first time and put in more fuses to stop any similar issue happening again.
If you want things done right, take your car here. Pricing was fair and worth the peace of mind.

My experience from start to finish was phenomenal at Jim Keay. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and introduced to Marc Leyton who was my sales assistant. He helped me find the perfect F-150 for me and I didn't tell him this, but I even paid less than I had budgeted for. I really felt like he was on my side in getting the best price possible from the managers. I place an order that was shipped in the same day in 4 packages to arrive 2 days later. One package arrived 3 days later, 2 arrived 3 days later and the 4th package arrived one week later.
