I used thus service for a very tricky car removal from the second level of an underground parking lot at a condo in Richmond Hill. From the beginning Dave was courteous and respectful, he listed and understood what the situation was and explained a variety of scenarios that might happen. We set up a time to do the removal and his drivers were there when promised and ready to work. I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay.
