I've been going here for the past eight years and still enjoy their pitas. The staff is friendly and the pita's are huge and delicious! If you're in Whitby, you've got to stop by and eat a pita. Would you rather spend $6.00 on a McDonald's meal with thousands of calories? Or eat a healthy, great-tasting pita for the same price?

My one-on-one support worker was phenomenal in the Durham decluttering program. Each week she helped me to tackle so many things; both emotional as well as physical decluttering. She taught me new skills that I definately will adopt into using for my entire future. I have become a new person with a new mindset because of her!! I definately recommend the Durham based Hoarding/decluttering program!

We were recommended to swim zone by a friend. My daughter has been taking lessons there for about a year. In our experience, we have found the coaches to be extremely patient and energetic. The lessons are a bit more expensive than some other programs in the area however the extra attention is worth it! We have seen huge progress!!
