My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. He kept in touch with me during every step, he was courteous, and was very mindful of not wasting my money..i can't say enough about the service from this company. I visited the flag shop during the world cup to find a Germany flag! They had a wide selection i ended up going home with a few flags included our Canadian Flag. I plan on putting the Canadian Flag in my basement in the man cave. These guys were great, they had the selection and the service!

I came in to do an Amazon return. I was unclear about the steps and did not bring the QR code required. Luckily the staff were able to sort it ou for me. Special shout out to Codee who patiently problem solved the tedhnidql difficulties being experienced by this senior citizen. It was a very positive experience and I will be back.
