This location is one of the best I had visit in years.The staff is very professional ,friendly,easy going girls. Dr.Eng is the very best dentist doctor I have had in my life. She is so nice ,professional,careful,dose a great job,dedicated to her patients for them to have the best service possible.The girls upfront are so great people. I have been going to Hermitage Veterinary Hospital since 1994, I have seen several of their Vets they were always very friendly and very good with my dogs, in the last 4 years I have been dealing more with Dr. Purcell, in my opinion he is one of the best Vets I've ever had, very friendly and thorough and always goes above and beyond for my dogs, as he always says he considers them his boys as well. I highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you for caring so much.

Everything went very smoothly. The only negative thing was that when our bedroom suite arrived at our home, it had some small scratches. We emailed your customer service person and had everything fixed up within a couple of days. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

I've been going here for many years now. Occasionally I try someplace else...simply because I'm out of Millwoods and it's more convenient. I've had both good and bad haircuts at other salons. I have NEVER had a bad haircut here...which is what keeps me coming back!
Although I've had cuts from a few stylists here (and they were all good) my main stylist is April and she is fantastic!
I'm a hairdresser's nightmare client, I'm sure...I'm not a "girly girl"...I have no real "style"...I haven't a clue about hair...I'm one of those people who go in and say "do what you think would look good". April knows that I own a brush and a blow dryer..no other hair "tools" and no "product". She always keeps this in mind and gives me a great "wash and go" look (and doesn't make it always the same so I have some nice changes and don't get in a rut). I appreciate that she never tries to "push" me into haircuts that require a lot of work from me and, although she might occasionally suggest a product, it's a very, very "soft sell" and I never feel obligated to buy or feel bad that I didn't. That's a big deal for me because I've been to salons where they give me a haircut that looks silly when I don't use a curling iron and 5 products on it and they really push the products. I like to feel comfortable in a salon and not worry about a sales pitch.
Before we go on vacations I get her to give me a perm so that my fine, rather limp hair will look nice even without me doing anything with it and I've always been very happy with the results!
Last year she colored my hair...for the first time in my life (I'm 50...she couldn't believe I had never done it before). She did so in a way that thrilled me...but wasn't so dramatic that I felt uncomfortable.
So if you want a great salon, choose this one...but don't all ask for April...I don't want her so busy that I can't get an appointment!

We had a warranty issue come up, which turned out to not be a warranty issue, but they offered to repair the work free of charge because we were still within the first year after installation. You can't even see where the old defect used to be. I would use them again as their product is repairable, not like the slab Granite we used to have and we did save a lot compared to my brother's granite company's quote.
