I had a rock chip on my windshield that cracked when Affordable attempted to fix it. Windshield had to be replaced and everything went smoothly. Appointments were easily made and they took care of all the insurance claims. Only thing was an employee told me my windshield replacement will be OEM but a FuYao brand windshield was installed instead. No big deal as long as the glass is high quality.

A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!
