I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

One morning my PC just gave up on me. I contacted a few so called big names in Tech Services, but all I got was that I won’t see my machine for next few days and it would cost me arm and length. The lady who did my massage was lovely, and we had a great chat while she worked -- we both speak Cantonese, and it was really fun talking to her. She talked to me about what it was she was doing, and what pressure points were and such. It was interesting.
The only thing I hoped for was if the receptionist was a little more responsive. Often it felt like I really didn't get enough instruction about what to do.
Don't go expecting a spa. This is not that. Expect a comfy clinical room.

I was set up for a full cut & foils with Shanda, and may I just say she was fantastic. My color was done at the beginning on May, and has lasted so beautifully. I have recommended the spa services to a few family members, and they too have enjoyed their time here.
I have been to a few salons in my day, but non compare to the quality that this place produces. Thank you for a great and consistent experience.

Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage.
