I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

My daughter and I have been going here for years. We never make appointments and they always accomodate us dropping in. Clean and friendly. The staff know us by name and always do a great job. Good value for your money. Dont believe the reviews that claim uncleanliness.

Sandra was a huge help with a very sensitive return for my deceased aunts estate. She made everything very clear and told me what I still had to do in order to finalize everything and made it very easy on me during a tough time .will definitely recommend Sandra to my friends and fam for all they're tax prep needs .she is an expert so can most likely handle any type of return in a very professional and polite way .
