Best service I've got in a long time.Honest and fair. Because he was behind a little with another car my pick up time got moved ahead by 2 hours. He apologized and offered to bring my car to me. I told him that was not necessary but appreciated the offer. I know he felt bad about it. Will not think twice about going to him again.Will also recommend his garage to everyone I know. Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.
