I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. I had an issue switching mother boards from one PC to another, Jason took over an hour to resolve my problem and charged very reasonably. He explained what he was doing while I watched him work and is very knowledgeable in his profession . I wont go anywhere else in Oshawa now that I have seen his work and I highly recommend his services to anyone.
