Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.

Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. That being said we were quick to find out that we couldnt live without our computer. I've been practicing hot yoga for 5 years now and have never found a place to call my yoga home until I found Breathe. The interior itself is absolutely stunning, the whole pace is immaculately clean, the classes and instructors are all great - lots of variety and every class and teacher is completely different. The studio itself is second to none! The soft candlelight makes it feel like you're engulfed in a cocoon - a really great smelling cocoon (unheard of for hot yoga!!). The front desk staff is always extremely friendly too. The best part though is that they're opening a 2nd location in McKenzie Towne! I can hardly wait. I'm sure it'll be even better. Thank you for being you, Breathe Hot Yoga!
