Was professional and warm in speaking with me, they were knowledgable in their products and delivered my quote within the time frame they stated. I went ahead with the work, am very pleased and they had not "extra" charges as some other contractors like to do. Very impressed, they were clean, fast and offer a full warranty. I had a big roll over accident and Henning from Dr Hook helped me get out of the car and sheltered me in his tow truck as we waited for the ambulance to come.
