My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. I have never trusted a car mechanic company before. As a young naive woman, who knows little about cars, I easily get coaxed into getting more work done than is actually needed on my car. I have been coming to progressive auto repair for 4 years and I can only say amazing things about the work they do and the service they give.
