I was in this Canadian Tire today exchanging a door security set and I experienced customer service at such a high level. The team went beyond expectations to find the product I needed and was very positive and proactive . Great people and a great team at this store. A nice surprise.

Very professional and a top quality job. I was treated very well and with respect by Shiek and Natalie. Decided to refresh my 13 year old car with some bodywork and a fresh colour of paint. An excellent job with great attention to detail. Sheik’s suggestions were spot on and made the final product look better than I could’ve imagined. The paint looks incredible and it’s like getting a new car. Very happy with the two friends who recommended I use A2Z Automobile.

My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude. I have the highest regard for this gentleman/business. He is definitely a master at his craft. He’s super busy, but worth the wait. When I first arrived in Cobourg, I wanted to make sure my Mother’s Grandfather clock was in good working order. Unfortunately, another “clock man” in Cobourg did more harm than good. Thankfully, this gentleman does what he promises. He knows his business and I’m happy to report Mother’s clock happily fills my home with the sound of love. Endless thanks. Mary

I hate having to take my car in to be fixed but if I had any auto place to choose from it definitely would be J rod Auto for sure! It is hard to find a good Auto shop that is honest and good at what they do.I most definitely will go back again if I have any car problems.
