Fantastic place to deal with. I normally don’t write reviews, but the team at Idylltyme really deserve one. We been dealing with Mike and Jenn for over 10 years now. We drove up yesterday to get our cottage closed up, Jenn came over on a Sunday when they are closed to pull our boat out of the yard, so we could put the boat away , this way we didn’t have to make a second trip. All the staff and service techs give the best customer service.
Thanks again for always taking awesome care of us!

We had a brand new frontload washer that kept plugging up with clothing or ripping clothing. Whirlpoof customer service was excellent and sent out a different appliance repair company 3 times. Out of frustration, I requested a different service company attend and was contacted by Mark at George's. What the other guys could not identify, Mark addressed in a matter of minutes and had a replacement part within 24 hours. Wish I would have gotten Mark the first time rather than have $100's of clothes ruined.

Dan & his team do amazing work. They are VERY quick, courteous and efficient. After they leave you don't even know they've taken down a tree as everything is extremely clean. They've been here twice now and I can't recommend them enough. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

On our way to bring our daughter to college in Barrie and the gas tank strap broke on my Toyota.6:30 am with two vehicle full where do we go? They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!
