Re: Ethan Wood LLP: Meticulous, compassionate, professional, while being refreshingly relatable and down to earth. I retained Mr. Wood for a civil matter that was time sensitive and very personal to me with very short notice and very little in details. Such a refreshing pleasure to have someone be genuinely invested in my situation and with resolution's I hadn't considered . I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)
