Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was delighted to have my vehicle checked over so thoroughly as the service repairs were completed with great regard to detail. I was advised to the time required and they kept their word. Nice job!

I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. Great Service! Called in the afternoon because my garage door would not come down. They had a repair man out within two hours and had the problem fixed right away. I was able to make an appointment I had been waiting for that same day because of the fast service. The repair man was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Thanks!
