I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

Dawson has a great attitude and he definitely goes the extra mile for his customers.
Before Dawson arrived, I was ready to go elsewhere. Several of the staff members that I interacted with acted like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. They seemed indifferent and unhappy.
Then Dawson arrived, and I could not believe the complete turnaround with the morale. All of a sudden, it seemed like staff members were happy and eager to please. I highly recommend Dawson and his staff.

I used this business for approximately 6 months and was more than satisfied. The facility is extremely well run, very secure and very clean. I never saw a spider or a spider web anywhere during the 6 months! If there was a 10-star option I would have chosen the 10.
