My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!! Lire plus

Our Basset Hound spent a lot of time soaking up the tree sap camping on the August Long Weekend. It was desperate time for a bath (and a nail clipping). I tried my best to clean him up but wasn't successful. Dropped him off at Bone Appetit and problem solved. They got rid of all the sap accept a little on the lip. The groomer is a former vet assistant and really took good care of our boy. Great staff and very friendly. Lire plus
