My family and I have been seeing Dr. Herman Shen for the last 15 years. He has always been courteous and thorough in all of his exams. There is always a wait, but that is normal and to be expected at all doctor offices who are popular and sought after.

Dr.Michael Butler performed cataract sugery on my right eye this week. I was quite nervous, however, he patiently explained the procedure in simple terms. Finally my GP send me to this docotor, he explained my problem, with oral medications and a new pair of real custom made orthotic, I feel like walking in the cloud now.. I enjoy my moring walk again.. thanks to this doctor..

Dr. Cheung is a professional and considerate dentist. My 3 year old had 6 cavities and was quoted by another dentist $3000+ for treatment under general anaesthesia. Not only was I weary of putting my child under general anaesthesia, but I was also appalled by the price tag. Dr. Cheung informed me of a much more affordable option using a topical solution (SDF), without the need for general anaesthesia. Thanks Jeff! He is also great with kids!

Dr. Butler and his staff provide truly patient-centred care. I had cataracts removed from both eyes, the first by a resident ophthalmologist under Dr. Butler's supervision, and the second by the doctor. He was careful inquire about my needs and to explain all the many choices and the sorts of things I should consider. Never once did I feel pressured or judged about my choice. I felt safe and well taken care of at every step, from booking the first appointment to my last follow-up. Recommend!
