At first i was skeptical but I am glad I came here for my collision repair! They were very attentive & extremely helpful! Not only did they help me in processing my claim but also drove me to the nearest police station to submit report. Upon arrival my rental was ready and when picking up my vehicle a week later, it not only smelled and looked brand new from the professional detail cleaning but the damages were fixed with great quality and care! Highly recommend them!

my situation: needed to get the trailer hitch on my GMC 2500 HD moved off the spare tire. Lady hit me from behind drilling the bumper and the hitch into the rear tire, so it would not be able to come down in case we needed the spare, on our trip back to Calgary. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
